Ohh My Dog

Director Amit Rai follows up "OMG 2" with this emotional family drama starring Pankaj Tripathi, Geeta Agrawal Sharma and Pawan Malhotra. Amma Naaku aa Abbayi Kaavaali

KJQ

Late filmmaker KK directs this period crime drama starring *Dheekshith Shetty, Shashi Odela and Yukti Thareja. Set in the 1990s, "KJQ" promises an intense tale of crime, ambition and survival, marking one of Telugu cinema's notable period releases of the week. 

Korean Kanakaraju 

Release date: August 7, 2026 

“Korean Kanakaraju” stars Varun Tej, Ritika Nayak, and Satya. The upcoming Indo-Korean horror-comedy film is directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. The story follows Kanakaraju, a young man from Rayalaseema whose life is turned upside down when a vessel arriving from Korea brings with it a spirit that possesses him, transforming him into Korean Kanakaraju. 

KANNADA

Directed by Kantha Kannalli, “Life Today” is a drama that explores the worlds of sports and relationships, following its characters as they navigate personal ambitions and emotional challenges. The film stars Kiran Adhya, Lekha Chandra, Yukta Parvi, Tabla Nani and Kakroch Sudhi.

Picture 

Release date: August 7, 2026 

Directed by Sandeepa Bedra, “Picture” is a Kannada-language comedy-drama that follows Deepu, a young man who heads to the city in pursuit of stardom. His ambitious journey takes an emotional and humorous turn when love enters his life, changing his path in unexpected ways. The film stars Nithyaprakash Bantwal, Amrutha Sudu and Naveen D. Padil.

Ayogya 2 

Release date: August 7, 2026 

Director Mahesh Kumar reunites Sathish Ninasam and Rachita Ram for the sequel to their 2018 hit, alongside P. Ravi Shankar, Sadhu Kokila, Tabla Nani and Shivaraj K.R. Pete. Following Siddhegowda's new responsibilities after entering public life, the film mixes romance, comedy and rural politics while bringing back one of Kannada cinema's popular on-screen pairings.

Directed by Jisso Jose, “Pinnale” is a mystery thriller that follows a series of mysterious events that draw its characters into a web of suspense and uncertainty. With its plot largely kept under wraps, the film stars Shine Tom Chacko and Rahul Madhav in lead roles.

Directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, “Thuddakam” follows a young woman whose life takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself facing a dangerous situation. GUJARATI 

Get Set Go

Directed by Arnav Kumar, “Get Set Go” is an action thriller centered on cycling champion VD and a group known as “The Chiranjeevis.” Following a Robin Hood-style narrative, the team carries out bicycle-borne heists while taking on corruption. The film stars Deepak Tijori, Bhaumik Sampat and Jhinal Belani. 

PUNJABI 

The Great Punjab Robbery 

Release date: August 7, 2026 

A heist is only the beginning in director Saurabh Varma's Punjabi crime thriller, starring Raj Kundra, Payal Rajput, Garvita Sadhwani and Amit Behl. Blending suspense with emotional stakes, the film follows a robbery whose consequences spiral far beyond the loot itself, promising a character-driven caper rather than a conventional action outing.

Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree 

Release date: August 7, 2026
