‘King’: Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arshad Warsi Shoot ‘Deewangi Deewangi’-Style Introductory Song (EXCLUSIVE)
Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, “KING,” is set to feature an introduction song reminiscent of “Deewangi Deewangi” from his 2007 movie “Om Shanti Om,” Variety India has learnt. Our source reveals, “Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arshad Warsi are shooting their portions for an introductory song, being choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant. The track will feature many actors, similar to what one has seen in ‘Deewangi Deewangi’ from ‘Om Shanti Om.’ Preparations were underway for the shoot since the morning of Oct. 26, with an elaborate setup being put in place.”
The movie also features a track between Padukone and Khan, which has already been filmed and is not similar to the current track. Our source adds, “Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan’s song has already been filmed and shot outside India. But Deepika may come on sets again to shoot her introductory portion for this track."
