TWICE, Stray Kids Invited to be Grammys’ Voting Members
JYP Entertainment is making its mark in the music world. The South Korean entertainment agency’s artists and key executives have been selected to be members of the Recording Academy. Singers from K-pop groups TWICE and Stray Kids, as well as soloist and CCO JY Park, have been included in the voting system deciding on music’s biggest night of the year.

According to Korean media, SBS Entertainment News, the label confirmed on July 14 that all 9 members of TWICE and 8 members of Stray Kids will now be added to their esteemed list of members for the upcoming Grammy Awards. Alongside the K-pop stars, the founder and former inside director of the company, Park Jin Young (also known by his stage name The Asiansoul), has been invited. As such, 18 stars, TWICE members Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, and Stray Kids members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N, JY Park as well as two executives, will now be able to vote for the award show.

JYP Entertainment CEO Jung Wook and Shin Hyun Kook, who serves as their Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and JYP America CEO have been named Professional Members. As such, a total of 20 individuals from the company have been recruited for the coveted member spots.
In the past, seven members of BTS, SEVENTEEN’s Woozi and Vernon, ENHYPEN’s Jungwon, LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin and ZICO were selected from the HYBE bunch as members. In-house producers Slow Rabbit, BUMZU, Supreme Boi, and Wonderkid were also introduced to the voting body, taking the count to 16 from the label.
