Tejasswi Prakash on the Advice She Had for ‘Playground’ Season 5 Winner Madhuja Ghoshal (EXCLUSIVE)
Tejasswi Prakash became the winning mentor on the gaming reality show, “Playground” Season Five where her team member Madhuja Ghoshal lifted the trophy. She tells Variety India that she is a bit of a gaming buff, saying, “I am really interested in the game, “Ghost Of Tsushima.” I love the storyline of the game and often play it.”
Describing this as a completely new experience from what she has done before in shows like “Bigg Boss 15,” and “Khatron Ke Khiladi” Season 10, Prakash adds, “You cannot compare the journey of a mentor and a contestant. My team’s contestants were the ones living the experience first hand, whereas me as a mentor could guide them towards a successful journey in the game and the house. In ‘Playground,’ you are competing with people but the same ones can save you from elimination. You always need to strike a fine balance on being harsh or too easy on people. That is the challenge of this show.”

Asked about her word of wisdom for winner Madhuja Ghoshal, she states, “I would just tell her and my team to take this victory calmly. Success should not get into your head.”
Revisiting her infamous spat with fellow mentor Elvish Yadav on “Playground” Season 5, she reflects, “No, it is all good now. I even went to his birthday party. We are literally like Tom and Jerry. We fight a little and patch-up. I don’t think any of our fan pages are going to take our fights seriously anymore (laughs). I feel when you are close to someone, fights do happen. But then, you patch up pretty quick.”
Prakash confirms she is shooting for a fiction project but refuses to divulge details on the same. She adds, “Nothing is keeping me away from the fiction space. It is just that I want something very substantial whenever it is an acting role.”
