Salman Khan made a rare special appearance on “The Alliance” to cheer for his brother, Sohail Khan. He also disclosed some incidents from his life, which gave an insight into his personality. In a candid moment, Khan spoke about his experience in prison, saying, “Bohot saalon pehle jab jail gaya tha toh we had bars infront of us. In such a small area, there are 50-60-70 people there… one bathroom, Indian-style commode, kabhi chhipkali hain and more than that ***t is filled all the way till here.” This is the first time he has entered a show as a family member and not as a host or special guest.

This is not the first time Salman Khan discussed his time in prison. Earlier in a conversation with Koel Purie Rinchet he had said that he tried to stay calm when he was in jail. He had spoken about the bathroom situation even then. Khan has spent around 18 days in custody in cases related to the blackbuck incident and chinkara poaching.

Sohail Khan was rather depressed after the exit for his ex-wife, Seema Sajdeh. He said he was feeling terribly lonely in the show where relationships changed with every game. While exiting, Sajdeh spoke about how Khan and her relationship had improved over time, and they were good friends now. Khan also took complete onus of their marriage falling apart on the show. Commenting on this, Salman said, “Are you still listening to Seema?” He said he knew how much Sohail tried to make things work. The superstar said Sohail went through a lot emotionally during that time.

The superstar also said that he has lost 16 kgs over the past few months. He reassured his brother that he was in good health. The actor’s viral video had sparked concerns in his fans.

“Alliance India” is produced by Banijay Asia and streams on Prime Video. The original format belongs to Talpa Studios, and is created by Dutch media mogul, John de Mol.
