The wait is finally over for fans across the globe as the creators of Nitesh Tiwari's epic “Ramayana” have locked in the official launch date. Produced by Namit Malhotra, the first chapter of this grand spectacle is officially hitting theatres on November 6, 2026, just in time for Diwali festivities. To make the announcement even bigger, the team dropped a stunning English trailer that showcases superstar Ranbir Kapoor leading the charge and bringing Lord Rama to life in his very own voice.
Coming right after the Hindi promo released in July 2026, this 3-minute and 54-second trailer is designed to take the story to a massive international audience. What makes this version super special is that Ranbir Kapoor and the main cast chose not to use outside dubbing artists. Instead, Ranbir voiced his own lines in English, giving global viewers an authentic and powerful experience. Alongside Ranbir, the star-studded cast features Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana.

The action quickly ramps up with the arrival of Surpanakha, played by Rakul Preet Singh. After her confrontation with Lakshman, Ravana vows furious revenge, stating, “I promise Rama will pay for what he did to you, Surpanakha. Not only will Rama’s death be agonising, so will his humiliation."
Saving the best for the last, the trailer ends with Rama preparing himself for war saying, "If Ravana is the ruler of all three realms, then all three realms shall witness his death. I will bring back my Sita."
Packed with breathtaking visuals, from the pivotal Lakshman Rekha and the abduction of Sita to massive war sequences in Lanka, the trailer builds up to an epic showdown. It all wraps up on a high note with the powerful declaration, “The era of Lord Rama begins.”
An epic journey unlike anything seen before.
