‘Peddi,’ ‘Ikka,’ ‘The Apartment Job’ and ‘Balti’ Fight Battles That Matter: Streaming This Week

If streaming platforms were a sky, it would be filled with fireworks this week (July 6-12). Korean ‘eternal singles’, braver-than-they-look teens, US Pioneers living the frontier life, a mom who won’t give up on saving her terminally ill son, a man fighting for self-identity, a nation that unites in the face of tragedy, a lawyer arguing the case of a client he doesn’t trust, there are brightly shining fighters of all kinds waging wars and battles against impossible odds.
