Bollywood star Sohail Khan joins new reality series “Alliance”, a day after its streaming premiere. Amid much speculation around his appearance on the show, the actor has now confirmed his entry to Variety India and shared his excitement about joining the series.

Ahead of his entry, the 55-year-old reveals why he chose to participate in this show, "When ‘Alliance’ came my way, I was genuinely curious because it's not your usual reality show. What drew me to it was that it's not just about winning tasks — it's about people, trust, and constantly adapting to situations. I enjoy taking on challenges, and this felt like the right one. I'm excited to meet everyone and see how the game unfolds because, honestly, you never know what can happen next. I come from a family where loyalty isn't just a word, it's a way of life. But I also understand that in a game like ‘Alliance,’ the rules are different. Equations can change overnight, and trust has to be earned every single day. I'll trust my instincts, stay true to who I am, and play my game. The rest? Time will tell."
Ravi Kishan, Dolly Javed, Daisy Shah, Kushal Tandon, Arsalan Goni, Zaid Darbar and more TV celebrities as well as actors are already part of the show. Produced by Talpa Studios, it is the Indian version of a Dutch reality show of the same name, marking its first-ever international adaptation.

Originally created by John de Mol, it has been produced in India by Banijay Asia. In the cutthroat program, 16 contestants from various walks of life are brought in to live together. Entering in pairs, their loyalties are tested in the highly competitive environment, with only one final winner left standing.
Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, new episodes drop every day at 12 noon for a six-week, 42-episode run on Prime Video.
