TRP Report: ‘Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan,’ ‘Vasudha’, ‘Tumm Se Tumm Tak’ Retain Their Hold On The Top Three Spots

The TV TRPs don’t throw up any major surprises this week. Sheizaan Khan and Amandeep Sidhu’s “Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan” is on the top spot with a rating of 1.9. The drama focuses on how Sneha Sharma (Amandeep Sidhu) and Sidhu’s (Sheizaan Khan) relationship suffers due to the former’s spat with Durgavati (Indira Krishnan). Sneha has found out that Sidhu is Durgavati’s son and vents her anger at him.

With a rating of 1.8, “Vasudha” takes the second spot on the charts. The show is seeing the return of Karishma (Pratiksha Rai) from the mental asylum. She wants to seek revenge from Vasudha (Priya Thakur), Chandrika (Parineeta Borthakur) and Dev (Abhishek Sharrma). Vasudha is setting up her own boutique, and she has ideological conflicts with Dev over how to run it.

It is followed by “Tumm Se Tumm Tak,” where fans are glued to Rajnandini’s (Anita Hassanandani) story. Anu (Niharika Chouksey) and Arya (Sharad Kelkar) are facing new challenges with new characters coming into their lives. Anu and Arya’s lives change after Arya finds out that Charan’s (Angad Hasija) real identity is Yashvardhan. Anu takes a strong stand for him on the show, saying that he deserves a second chance in life.

“Naagin 7” finally ended with a rating of 1.7 for the grand finale, after the extension. With consistent ratings of above 1.5, this has been one of its most successful seasons.

“Anupamaa,” “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2”, and “Laughter Chefs Season 3” each registered a rating of 1.5, while Zee TV’s new show “Tu Hi Re Dil Mein,” starring Abrar Qazi and Priyanshi Yadav, got a modest rating of 0.7.
