Diljit Dosanjh Announces Ahmedabad Concert, To Perform On November 21
Diljit Dosanjh just shattered records and dropped a massive bombshell on the exact same night. Fresh off making history as the first Punjabi artist to headline London’s iconic Wembley Stadium for his ongoing Aura World Tour, the global sensation turned up the energy with a huge surprise for his Indian fans.
Midway through his explosive, two-hour set in London, Diljit paused to announce the next destination on his world tour: the massive Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Taking a moment to give a nod to international acts who have played the world's largest venue, he tipped his hat to Coldplay while asserting his own roots.
"The biggest stadium is in India- Narendra Modi Stadium. Ek gore group ne waha pe sell out kar diya tha (Coldplay). Respect for them, bohot mubarkan. India mein stadium ho, aur Punjabi udhar na ho, yeh toh phir ho nahi sakta."
He didn't leave fans guessing on the schedule either. Delivering the news directly to the roaring Wembley crowd, he locked in the date: "We are doing Narendra Modi Stadium on 21 November 2026."
Diljit performed for more than two hours at Wembley, with the setlist including some of his popular tracks such as "Born to Shine", "G.O.A.T.", "Lover" and "Hass Hass".
The announcement marks his high-profile return to Gujarat after taking the city by storm during his 2024 Dil-Luminati India Tour. Booking details, ticket prices, and release dates for the November mega-show remain under wraps for now.
On the cinema front, Diljit was last seen starring in "Satluj" a hard-hitting biographical drama based on the life of Punjabi human rights activist Bhai Jaswant Singh Khalra, known for probing enforced disappearances in 1990s Punjab. Following an extended battle with censorship boards, the filmmakers opted to bypass theaters entirely and release the project straight to streaming. The movie eventually debuted on ZEE5 on July 3, only to be abruptly pulled from the platform just 48 hours later.
