Actor Muzammil Ibrahim has joined the cast and has begun shooting for the Salman Khan-Nayanthara-led “SVC63” (working title), Variety India has exclusively learned. “It’s a bucket-list moment for me,” gushes the actor. His character details remain under wraps.
Directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish, “SVC63” is a Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC) release scheduled for an Eid 2027 release worldwide.

Salman Khan began work on the film in April, making the announcement via social media. The makers have kept plot details under wraps, while bringing together an ensemble cast that includes Rahul Dev, Jackie Shroff, and “Chak De! India” fame actor Sagarika Ghatge.
Ibrahim started as a model and debuted in films with Pooja Bhatt’s 2007 thriller “Dhokha.” He has also worked in films like “Horn ‘Ok’ Pleassss” (2009) and “Will You Marry Me?” (2012). After a relatively low-key phase in films, the actor found renewed visibility with the espionage series “Special OPS,” where he played RAW agent Avinash. “SVC63” marks an exciting next step for him. The actor played a supporting role in “Race 2” (2013). He will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming “Love And War” alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.

Before his collaboration with Vamshi Paidipally, who has films like “Munna”, “Oopiri”, “Maharshi” and “Varisu” (2023) to his credit, Salman Khan has worked with 11 South directors. He has collaborated with South makers including Prabhu Deva (“Wanted” and “Dabangg 3”), Siddique (“Bodyguard”), Suresh Krissna (“Love”), Vijaya Bhaskar (“Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar”) and A.R. Murugadoss (“Sikandar”), among others. Khan, who is headlining the film, currently awaits the release of his international project “7 Dogs,” alongside actors like Monica Bellucci and Sanjay Dutt. Meanwhile, Nayanthara will soon be seen in Yash-starrer “Toxic - A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups.”
