The trailer of “7 Dogs” introduces a high-stakes international action thriller centred on a dangerous criminal organization that plans to end the world with drugs instead of weapons. At the heart of their operation is a mysterious drug called Pink Lady, as an international team sets out to track down the seven “Dogs” connected to the operation.
Among them is the mysterious “Indian Dog”, played by Sanjay Dutt. The trailer gives a glimpse of Dutt’s intense character, who appears to be one of the key figures in the mission. “I thought you were chilling in hell,” Dutt says, as the next scene shows Salman Khan’s character, who turns to the international officers and asks, “And you have come to catch him?” The exchange sets up the larger mission, with the two Indian stars playing characters who are a part of the criminal organization "7 Dogs."

The trailer is packed with large-scale action, with Dutt seen taking on opponents in an intense combat sequence. As the mission takes the team across different parts of the world, Monica Bellucci is introduced as part of the ensemble, with the officers attempting to track down the “American Dog.” When that mission appears to be slipping away, their search leads them to the “Middle Eastern Dog”, who is described as a monster.
The film stars Egyptian actors Karim Abdel-Aziz and Ahmed Ezz in the leading roles, alongside an international ensemble featuring Bellucci, Giancarlo Esposito, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, “7 Dogs” is produced by Turki Alalshikh, who is also a co-writer on the film.
Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt flew to Riyadh in February 2025 to shoot their portions of the film over three days.

Speaking about the scale of the project, Khan exclusively told Variety India, “‘7 Dogs’ is a big-screen film in every sense. The scale, the action, the world they’ve created, it’s all very grand. Turki (Turki Alalshikh, co-writer) and the team have backed it on a huge scale, and Adil and Bilall (Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, directors) have brought their experience of making international action films into it."
The directors also highlighted the film’s international ensemble and its India release, saying, “'7 Dogs' has always been a truly international film for us. Ahmed and Karim are the heart of the story, and they brought incredible energy to these characters. Around them, we had the opportunity to work with extraordinary performers from different parts of the world, including Monica, Giancarlo, Salman and Sanjay. That combination is what makes the film so special. We are thrilled that audiences in India will now get to experience 7 Dogs on the big screen."
