‘Jailer 2’: Rajinikanth Starrer Introduces Suraj Venjaramoodu’s Character Dileep Ahead of October 15 Release
2023 film “Jailer” will release its sequel, “Jailer 2,” in just under a month’s time. The action comedy film starring Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa and Rithvik in the first one will then return for the second; meanwhile, S. J. Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, Vidya Balan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Anna Rajan and Jatin Sarna are joining the cast anew. Director Nelson Dilipkumar, known for “Doctor” and “Beast” as well as the first film, will be helming the project.
Sun Pictures, the production company behind the film, shared the first look at the character of Suraj Venjaramoodu’s role as Dileep in “Jailer 2”. Appearing from the midst of a fleet of cars, he makes a grand entry.
Anirudh Ravichander provides music to the film, with Kalanithi Maran bankrolling it and Vijay Kartik Kannan acting as the cinematographer.
“Jailer 2” will hit the theaters on October 15.
