‘Scene’: Suriya Charges Through With Action as ‘DSP Inbaraj’ in New Glimpse Ahead of Diwali Release
Upcoming Tamil movie “Scene” has unveiled a new look for the lead character. Suriya Sivakumar plays DSP Inbaraj in the action-comedy drama. Directed by Jithu Madhavan, the film will target the Diwali crowd.
Described as a family entertainer, “Scene” brings forth the story of the kidnapping of a prominent businessman's 13-year-old son. As the cops search for the child, four suspects come up, with Suriya bringing intensity to his character, DSP Inbaraj. He is forced to reopen a case that he left unfinished years ago. As he tries to manoeuvre his new team, which is unlike what he expected, the twists and turns make the film more humorous.

The new glimpse showcases the lead actor with a mask on his face as he goes around chatting with fellow police officers. Jithu Madhavan helms the project as the writer and director. With Suriya acting as DSP Inbaraj Pandian IPS, Nazriya Nazim will join him as Maya and Naslen K. Gafoor as Eeswaran. Other actors joining the project include Anandaraj, Lal, John Vijay and Raj Priyan. Silambarasan TR is said to make a special cameo appearance in the film.
