Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel’s ‘#NTRNeel’ Pushed by a Year to June 2027
By Sakshi Navare,
Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel’s upcoming film, tentatively titled “#NTRNeel,” has been delayed by a year, with the makers locking a new theatrical release date of June 11, 2027. The project was earlier scheduled to arrive in June 2026.
The update was shared by Jr NTR on social media alongside a new poster, which maintains the film’s visual tone without revealing plot specifics. “His reign… His soil… June 11, 2027 it is,” the actor wrote, confirming the revised timeline.
The shift places the film in a new release corridor and sets up a potential box office clash with “How to Train Your Dragon 2,” which is also slated for June 11, 2027. The overlap could impact screen allocation, particularly in premium formats, depending on how both titles are positioned closer to release.
