Chaturvedi and Jain also apprised Shah about their upcoming film "RamBola", based on the life and legacy of Goswami Tulsidas. Announced earlier this month, the film is titled "RamBola: The Immortal Story of Goswami Tulsidas" and is written and directed by Chaturvedi. Mahaveer Jain, Chaturvedi, Amit Upadhyay and Raghuvendra Singh are attached as producers, with Mahaveer Jain Films presenting the project.
Tulsidas was a 16th-century poet and saint best known for "Ramcharitmanas", his Awadhi retelling of the Ramayana, and the "Hanuman Chalisa". "RamBola" will explore his life, spiritual journey and legacy.
"Hanuman Ansh", which released on August 7, stars Shobhinaw Satyaa as Neem Karoli Baba, with Chandan Anand and others in key roles. The film crossed ₹300 crore in worldwide gross collections on its 41st day and has continued its theatrical run.
