Dua Lipa’s ‘Training Season’ Becomes Singer’s 15th Song to Reach Billion Club
Dua Lipa keeps going bigger every day. The English singer-songwriter’s “Training Season” has managed to earn itself a billion streams on Spotify. The song, “Radical Optimism,” originally released as part of her third studio album, was released back when it dropped on February 15, 2024. However, it has experienced newfound fame this year, becoming a viral sound for TikTok, Reels and other short-form video content.
“Training Season” surged on music charts when Lipa herself shared a clip alongside her friends. Playing a bridesmaid at a pal’s wedding, the girls sang along to the lyrics listing the qualities they want in a man. It prompted a challenge with the internet following up with their own versions, becoming an anthem among the young.
