‘Toxic’: Yash Urges Kiara Advani to ‘Do Whatever’ After The Brutal Trolling Of The Actress For ‘Tabaahi’
Yash was in his element at the trailer launch of “Toxic” that took place last evening in Bengaluru. Addressing the unprecedented trolling of actress Kiara Advani after the release of the song, “Tabaahi,” Yash praised the dedication of the actress. He said, “Kiara, the kind of role you have performed in this (Toxic), you are so dedicated. Initially we all thought getting all these actors would be a problem, but Kiara was so down-to-earth. Unfortunately, what you have to go through as an actor, don’t care. Do whatever you believe in; people will appreciate.”
The music video of "Tabaahi," was released in July 7. It had a number of intimate scenes between Yash and Advani. Social media trolls lashed out at the actress questioning how could she agree to such scenes given her status as a married woman.
He added that every actor had pushed themselves for “Toxic” and audiences would perceive them differently after the movie’s release. He quipped, “I want to say sorry that we really pushed you guys.”

Yash, along with Advani was also called out for the intimate scenes. Social media trolls dragged in Advani's husband actor Sidharth Malhotra and actor Radhika Pandit. The Kannada superstar who is married to Radhika Pandit has an image of being a complete family man. Terming himself as a difficult person, Yash thanked his wife, saying, “I want to thank my wife. It’s not easy to be associated with me in any way. This particular film was really demanding, and I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone. I had two-three different looks and too much time was required. She has been a big support for me.”
The movie is filmed in Kannada and English. The "K.G.F" actor also opened up on how he is someone who relies on his own gut instinct. Yash said how no one can dissuade him when he sets his mind on something. The Kannada superstar stated, “If somebody says, I cannot do something, I can only see their lack of imagination and stupidity. There is nothing in life you cannot achieve. This movie was a tough one because of the kind of decisions we had to make. This wasn’t a commercial package film; it was a unique attempt.
"Toxic" is coming in cinema halls on August 26. It will clash with biggies like "Khalifa" and "I'm Game".
