‘Ramayana’ Trailer: Time Revealed For India Premiere

The trailer of the Ranbir Kapoor and Yash starrer “Ramayana: Part 1” is ready to be shown to audiences on July 24. While the makers have confirmed the same, the timing for the trailer’s showcase remains under debate.

Moreover, both Ranbir Kapoor and Yash, who are portraying Rama and Ravana in the epic, will be presenting the trailer at the San Diego Comic Con. Before revealing it to audiences world wide, the trailer will be showcased there. A discussion about the movie and the characters will be held, which would include Ranbir, Yash, director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra.

Newer developments suggest that the trailer is going to be showcased at the event around 3:15 am and 4:15 am IST on July 24. Interestingly, PVRCinema’s official page has noted that the trailer will premiere at 10 am. But the film’s team has further added that the official release time for the trailer remains at 8 am.

The trailer was also shown to the media at a special event in Mumbai this week. However, it is yet to be out to the world and to fans who have been eagerly waiting to catch more glimpses of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama.

Alongside Kapoor as Rama and Yash as Ravana, “Ramayana: Part 1” stars Sai Pallavi as Sita, Ravie Dubey as Lakshmana, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, Arun Govil as Raja Dasharatha, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, Rakul Preet Singh as Shurpanakha, Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari, Vivek Oberoi as Vidyutjihva, Kunal Kapoor as Lord Indra and Addinath Kothare as Bharata.
