“Ramayana,” headlined by Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi, continues to achieve milestones in pre-sales ahead of its release. While the film is set to hit the screens tomorrow, it has added one more record to its name.

The film has crossed the ₹100 crore mark in its advance bookings across its extended opening weekend of five days. Till now, it has sold 27.69 lakh tickets, worth ₹104.58 crore.

For its opening day (Thursday), it has sold 10.75 lakh tickets worth ₹41.21 crore. It sold 5.01 lakh and 5.20 lakh for Friday and Saturday worth ₹18.93 crore and ₹20.29 crore. On the other hand, it earned ₹13.76 crore and ₹10.39 crore for Sunday and Monday, selling 4.01 lakh and 2.71 lakh tickets.

The 3D format is leading the pre-sales collections with ₹58.52 crore, followed by 2D (₹28.11 crore), IMAX (₹13.11 crore), 4DX (₹2.47 crore) and Dolby Cinema (₹1.20 crore).

Maharashtra, Delhi and Karnataka are the top contributors to business, with the latter being the home state of Yash.

The original Hindi version has the largest share in the total business with ₹85.37 crore, followed by the dubbed versions of Telugu (₹8.57 crore) and Kannada (₹7.86 crore).

While the film is expected to open above ₹100 crore tomorrow, it would be interesting to see how much it collects in its extended opening weekend.

Interestingly, the film is also scheduled for an early preview at the iconic Le Grand Rex in Paris, France, on November 4, 2026, at 8:00 PM. It is listed as an avant-première (preview screening) on the cinema's official website.

Before “Ramayana,” Indian films like Rajinikanth’s “Kabali,” Thalapathy Vijay’s “Mersal,” Prabhas’s “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion” and “Saaho” and Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dunki” had preview shows and screenings at the iconic venue.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, best known for “Dangal” and “Chhichhore,” “Ramayana” will be released in two parts. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, Yash as Ravana, Ravie Dubey as Lakshman and Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman.
