Mohanlal: First look for superstar’s 366th Film sees Him as a Cop Surrounded by Sabarimala Devotees

The makers of Mohanlal’s 366th film officially announced the title as “Athimanoharam” on the festival of Vishu. The producers also shared a new poster featuring Mohanlal donning a khaki police uniform. In the image, the actor stands among a group of Sabarimala devotees on a pilgrimage.

The film marks the reunion of Mohanlal and director Tharun Moorthy after the blockbuster “Thudarum.”

Taking to X, Tharun Moorthy writes, “When a storyteller and a legend meet again, a universe stirs. After ‘Thudarum’, I and @Mohanlal embark on another voyage, carried by the vision of Ashiq Usman Productions. Rolling Soon…"

In the film, Meera Jasmine will be seen opposite Mohanlal. The duo previously worked together in “Rasathanthram” and “Innathe Chintha Vishayam.” Produced by Ashiq Usman with a script by Ratheesh Ravi, the camera is cranked by Shaji Kumar and music by Jakes Bejoy. Vivek Harshan edits the film, and Vishnu Govind handles the sound design.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal will next be seen in “Patriot,” set to hit screens on May 1. Mahesh Narayana directed and wrote the action drama, which also stars Revathi, Darshana Rajendran, Sreeparvathy, Geethi Sangeetha, Grace Anthony, Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, Nayanthara and Rajeev Menon. The film’s music is composed by Sushin Shyam, cinematography by Manush Nandan and editing by Mahesh Narayanan and Rahul Radhakrishnan.

Mohanlal also has “Drishyam 3” in his kitty. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the film also stars Meena, Ansiba Hassan and Esther Anil. It is scheduled to be released on May 21.
