MCU Announces Live-Action Series ‘Zodiac’ and ‘Marvel Zombies’ Specials at 2026 New York Comic Con

The 2026 New York Comic Con is currently underway, with a special Marvel panel being held at the Empire Stage where cast members and filmmakers from upcoming Marvel Television and Marvel Animation series were revealed.
“Zodiac,” a new live-action series from Marvel Television, was announced, with production beginning in 2027 and plans to release it on Disney+ in 2028. This will be followed by three more two-part specials: “Marvel Zombies: Winter Soldier” for Halloween 2027, “Marvel Zombies: Fist of Khonshu” for Halloween 2028, and “Marvel Zombies: The Last Guardian” for Halloween 2029.

The first episode of the upcoming series, “VisionQuest,” was screened as a surprise for the audience members, with Vision, Paul Bettany, and Ultron, James Spader, showrunner Terry Matalas and co-stars Ruaridh Mollica and Emily Hampshire joining them. The eight-part series is all set to drop its first two episodes on October 14. It can be streamed on JioHotstar in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu from the same day.
