Ajay Devgn is officially making his television hosting debut as the new face of “Crime Patrol,” taking over the mantle from long-time presenter Anup Soni, who hosted the show for 11 years. The first season of the series aired in 2003 and had a nine-season, over 2,000-episode run.
Popular television actors like Sakshi Tanwar, Divyanka Tripathi and Shakti Anand have hosted the show, apart from Soni.
Anup Soni, who has been the face of “Crime Patrol” between 2010 and 2021, avers, “I don’t have much to say on this. I have had a long and very special association with ‘Crime Patrol,’ and I am grateful for all the love and affection the audience has given me over the years.”
