K-Pop group SEVENTEEN’s member S.Coups (Choi Sung Cheol) is hanging out with Indian rapper Hanumankind (Sooraj Cherukat). The unlikely collaboration is coming to fruition after the duo was spotted in an Instagram livestream by music producer Bumzu on September 28, local time. The two singers are believed to be in Los Angeles at the moment.

Previously, Bumzu made an impromptu visit to Mumbai earlier this month, which gave rise to whispers of a collaboration with an Indian act. The teasers continued as the HYBE India CEO, Damien Woochang Lee, shared photos from the outing, including dinner catch-ups with the bunch. He wrote, “Korean chefs are cooking. India, this one’s for you,” in a social media post alongside photos from the outing.

The bunch was once again together during the livestream, chatting with the fans who were surprised to see them with one another. It remains unknown whether a SEVENTEEN collaboration or a solo S.Coups song with Hanumankind is at play; fans have already expressed excitement about the upcoming release.

Lee also shared fan posts about the livestream on his personal Instagram account to hype up the collaboration. He commented on one such post, writing, “I got this INDIA,” more or less confirming the project.
