The anticipation around Nitesh Tiwari's "Ramayana" is at an all time high. Ranbir Kapoor, alongside director Nitesh Tiwari and Namit Malhotra have been sharing at press interviews, as they recently attended the San Diego Comic Con to unveil the trailer. Not just in India, but international fans are also eagerly waiting for the first part of the epic to be screened in theaters.

While the world is preparing to welcome Ranbir as Rama, the newest addition to the countries where "Ramayana" will be released is China. As per discussions on social media, the official title for the movie's Chinese release is "The Legend of Prince." The movie will be released by Sony Pictures in the country.

The international release date of "Ramayana: Part 1" has been fixated to November 6. For moviegoers in India, the title will release in the country on November 8, two days after its international release.

The trailer of "Ramayana: Part 1" received mixed reactions on social media. While some enjoyed the larger-than-life scenes and action sequences, many pointed out discrepencies with the CGI used. Addressing the CGI claims, Ranbir Kapoor shared how the team behind the epic worked for years to bring it to life.

“Many people online would become CGI critics. They see a trailer and say it’s not good enough. They say it’s not done (well). People are getting more aware, especially with the influx of AI. People are more interested in how good the CGI is and how it would look once the film releases,” Ranbir said, while speaking to Collider.

He added, "It’s quite funny sometimes, because people who don’t know how CGI is done think someone used AI to release something,” he said, emphasizing the difference between AI-generated content and the painstaking visual-effects process involved in a major film like 'Ramayana.'"

Apart from Ranbir, the cast of the movie also comprises Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, Yash as Ravana, Ravie Dubey and Lakshman and more.
