After enjoying an extraordinary opening weekend, Ajay Devgn’s “Drishyam: The Conclusion” continued its dominance with no prominent releases at the box office. Driven solely by the franchise’s popularity and the lead actor’s star power, the finale is set to achieve a major milestone for Devgn.

“Drishyam: The Conclusion” currently stands at ₹261.34 crore and is expected to surpass the lifetime business of “Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior” (₹279.59 crore) this weekend, becoming Ajay Devgn’s highest-grosser of all time. In fact, it is likely to emerge as the first ₹300 crore grosser of the protagonist in his three-and-a-half-decade career.

Ajay Devgn’s Highest Grossers

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior: ₹279.59 crore
Drishyam: The Conclusion: ₹261.34 crore*
Singham Again: ₹247.86 crore
Drishyam 2: ₹239.67 crore
Golmaal Again: ₹205.69 crore

While the film has performed exceptionally in Mumbai and North Indian markets, it has registered lower numbers at mass centers. This was largely expected, as it does not rely on conventional commercial elements like action and music.

It remains to be seen how well the film holds up in its third week at the ticket windows, with the arrival of Yami Gautam’s “Nayi Naveli,” Rajkummar Rao’s “Prahaar – The Ujjwal Nikam Story” and one of the much-anticipated Tamil sequels, “Jailer 2,” headlined by Rajinikanth.

The film is currently the fourth-highest Hindi grosser of the year behind “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” (₹1,149.30 crore), “Border 2” (₹329.43 crore) and “Hanuman Ansh” (₹329.18 crore*).

The coming weekdays will be crucial, as the film’s hold over this period will determine whether it can reach the ₹400 crore mark.

The film also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Saran, Kamlesh Sawant, Rajat Kapoor, Tabu, Ishita Dutta, Prakash Raj and Mrunal Jadhav, among others.
