‘Drishyam: The Conclusion’ Becomes Ajay Devgn’s Biggest First Monday Grosser, Overtakes ‘Singham Again’

After a phenomenal opening weekend, Ajay Devgn’s “Drishyam: The Conclusion” stayed strong on its first Monday, earning ₹21 crore and taking its total to ₹197.50 crore. While the film is set to enter the ₹200 crore mark today, it has registered the biggest first-Monday collections for its lead star, overtaking “Singham Again” (₹18 crore).

Beyond this benchmark, it has also become the fourth-biggest first-Monday grosser of 2026, after Ranveer Singh-starrer “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” (₹65 crore), Sunny Deol’s “Border 2” (₹59 crore), and Chiranjeevi’s “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu” (₹32.25 crore). Incidentally, the latter Telugu film had a Monday release, coinciding with the festive season of Sankranti.

The final part of the franchise will cross “Golmaal Again” (₹205.69 crore) to become Devgn’s fourth-highest grosser after “Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior” (₹279.59 crore), “Singham Again” (₹247.86 crore) and “Drishyam 2” (₹239.67 crore).

Interestingly, it has already become the fifth-highest Hindi grosser of the year in four days, surpassing “Dhamaal 4” (₹167.88 crore), “Bhooth Bangla” (₹182.36 crore) and “Welcome To The Jungle” (₹134.11 crore). The top four spots are grabbed by “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” (₹1,149.30 crore), “Border 2” (₹329.43 crore), “Hanuman Ansh” (₹325.48 crore) and “Mirzapur: The Movie” (₹230 crore).

Directed by Abhishek Pathak, who also helmed “Drishyam 2,” the movie also features Jaideep Ahlawat, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Ishita Dutta, Kamlesh Sawant, Saurabh Shukla, Samvedna Suwalka and Mrunal Jadhav, among others in prominent roles.

While Ravi Basrur, Rochak Kohli and Karma have composed the music, the BGM is scored by Amar Mohile. The editing and cinematography departments are handled by Sandeep Francis and Sudhir K. Chaudhary, respectively.

It is backed by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Ajit Andhare and Alok Jain under their banners Panorama Studios and Star Studio18.
