"Dhurandhar: The Revenge" has been submitted for Grammy 2027 consideration in several categories after being deemed eligible to do so by the Recording Academy.

Most Hindi films that try their luck, bow out during the stringent eligibility process for Grammy consideration, but it seems the film has managed to submit eligible entries for several categories.

The original soundtrack for "Dhurandhar: The  Revenge" by Shashwat Sachdev will slug it out in the Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media category while "Phir Se" will take its chances in Best Song Written For Visual Media.

"Jaan Se Guzarte Hain" and "Kanhaiyya" will throw their hats into the ring in Best Global Music Performance while "Aari Aari" vies for a nod in the newly minted Best Asian Pop Music Performance category.

"Vaari Jaavan" for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, "Jaiye Sajana" for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, "Destiny-Mann Atkey for Best Rap Performance and "Hum Pyaar Karne Wale" For Best Remixed Recording round up the rest of the eligible entries being sent in for consideration.

The minimum criteria to be eligible to qualify for Grammy consideration, is to release the music any time between Aug. 31, 2025 and Aug. 28, 2026. If a media company is making the submission, they should have applied for registration with the Academy to submit recordings between June 25, 2026 and Aug. 14, 2026.

The first round of voting, which determines all the Grammy nominees happens between Oct. 12 and Oct. 22, 2026. The full nominees list for the 2027 Grammys gets announced on Nov. 16.

The 2027 Grammys will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
