Change Is The Only Constant In ‘Ladies First,’ ‘Goat,’ ‘System,’ ‘Warrant’ and More: Streaming This Week

Switches, flips, hookups, glowups and an assortment of pullaways from the ordinary and mundane, the week’s best binges celebrate change. Not always the good-vibes kind, though. And that’s okay, too.
Here’s a quick round-up of what’s playing at a small screen near you between May 18 to 24.

NETFLIX
Desi Bling
Global desis in Dubai. Where money doesn’t talk. It screams. A reality show that take a close look at the lifestyles of the extremely rich.
WHY WATCH: Money can buy you happiness. And a season worth of drama.
Season drop on May 20.

Carizzma
Not much is known about this Spanish-language show except that it’s about Caro Pardíaco, an influencer and diva, who has it all until she falls in love.
WHY WATCH: Who knows? It might surprise you.
Season premieres May 20.

The Boroughs
What is The Boroughs? A place where you’ll have “the time of your life”? Or a special town only for grown-ups? A last chapter; or perhaps, a new beginning? What happens when you see “impossible things”?
WHY WATCH: Stacked cast. Alfred Molina, Geena Davis, Bill Pullman, Alfre Woodard and more.

Ladies First
What women want is for Damien to be taken down a few notches. One hit to the head later, he wakes up to a whole new world run by women. Based on the 2018 French Netflix film “I Am Not An Easy Man.” 
WHY WATCH: Sacha Baron Cohen and Rosamund Pike star. 
The film releases May 22.

Mating Season
How on earth did this get greenlit? That’s the question that pops into your head when this wildin’ animated show starts streaming.
WHY WATCH: Love or lust, animals don’t care. They just wanna share. Don’t ask what.
Out May 22.

Bad Thoughts S2
Return to the twisted mind and sketches of Tom Segura where his intrusive thoughts come alive on screen.
WHY WATCH: Because you liked and enjoyed Season 1. In case you’re still clueless, watch this season.
Six-episode Season 2 drops May 24.

Goat
That oft-quoted saying, “Never meet your heroes,” comes home to roost in “GOAT,” an animation film about a ‘small’ goat, Will Harris, with ‘medium’ dreams of making it ‘big’ in roarball.
WHY WATCH: An underdog sports film that’s also a visual spectacle.
The film streams on May 24.

PRIME VIDEO
System

Neha is an ambitious lawyer with a point to prove to her famous father. Can she take over at his firm by winning 10 cases without losing a single one?
WHY WATCH: A courtroom thriller starring Sonakshi Sinha, Ashutosh Gowariker and Jyotika and directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.
