Amitabh Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit To Reunite On ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ Season 18 (EXCLUSIVE)
Amitabh Bachchan has worked with almost every Hindi film actress in his career that spans over five decades. However, his only outing with Madhuri Dixit was the 1998 comedy, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” where she made a special appearance for a song called “Makhna.”
Bachchan and Dixit are set to reunite on the sets of “Kaun Banega Crorepati 18,” where she will promote the Marathi edition of the popular quiz show: “Kaun Honar Crorepati” that goes on air October 12. She also makes history as the first female host of the game show.

Variety India has learnt that the two begin filming next week. The makers have planned an extensive segment where Dixit will be in the ‘hot seat.’ The two are meeting after 18 years on the sets of "Kaun Banega Crorepati 18." She had come as a guest in season one of the quiz show, which was in 2001. She made history winning ₹50 lakh on the show. She was also there for Season 4 of "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (2010) where she answered a few questions as a guest contestant.
“Kaun Banega Crorepati” Season 18 is in the Top 10 of the Ormax StreamView charts generating in the range of three to 4 million views in a week. So far, the noticeable celeb presence on the show has been that of Aamir Khan, Preity Zinta and Sunny Deol. They had come for the premiere episode of the show where they also promoted "Batwara 1947". The shoot of the show is happening at Prime Focus Studio, Film City in Mumbai.

Way back in 1989, filmmaker Tinnu Anand had planned “Shanakth” with Big B and Dixit as leads. However, the film ran into troubles and was eventually shelved. A few other films were planned but they did not materialise for different reasons.
