Ye’s ‘new drop’ on Feb. 28 just added more hype to his one-night concert in India
With Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) coming down to New Delhi, India for the first time, buzz around the one-night-only concert in the country’s capital (and not Mumbai) is sky-high.
So when the ticketing platform for the city-exclusive event decided to stall access to ticket sales a couple of days ago with a cryptic message: “The portal closed/ new drop incoming/ stay awake” and then followed it up the next day with another message “T Minus 5… the grid is charging for impact.”

While there is much speculation around what that “big, new drop” is, a source close to the developments shares, “For the first time exclusive official exclusive Yeezy merch will be coming to India for the first time. Mark my words, the moment the ticketing portal reopens ticket sales, the merch will also be available. And existing ticket holders will get exclusive access to this merch first.”
