By Bharati K Dubey,
Actor and martial artist Vidyut Jammwal has opened up about working on Street Fighter, his experience with global stars including Roman Reigns and 50 Cent, and the discipline he witnessed while working internationally.
Speaking about what has shaped him, Jammwal said, “No, not just working in different languages has made me into who I am. It's a lot more. It's where I come from, the kind of friends I've had, the people I hang around with, the people I play sports with—every sportsman is different.”

He also joked about Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. “Like 50 [Cent], his name is literally 50. You have to call him 50. Although his name is Curtis James Jackson, I've never heard anybody call him Curtis, because he doesn't look like one,” he said.
Jammwal also praised Roman Reigns, saying spending time with him increased his admiration for the wrestling star. “This is different; this is a different breed of men. Roman is huge, as you've seen,” he said, describing Reigns as “incredibly big, fit, kind, very gentle, honest, and truthful”.

“It's not all about the budget. Yes, the budget is huge, extremely massive, but I've witnessed true discipline. For the first time, I can say I saw 300 people on a set maintaining complete discipline,” he said. He added that everyone including 50 Cent, Jason Momoa, and Cody Rhodes abided the contract and were punctual.
Jammwal also spoke about Indian sports, calling for greater freedom for young athletes at the grassroots level. “We didn't like certain kinds of behavior when we were younger; now that we are coaches, just let those kids be,” he said. “If even this much changes at this level, our country will rise above where it currently is in sports,” Jammwal added.
