Rishab Shetty, the prominent actor and director, shared a celebratory post as his pan-India blockbuster “Kantara: Chapter 1” completed a year of theatrical release. Posting BTS and film glimpses, he shared his filmmaking journey and expressed gratitude to the audience for accepting the film with open arms.
“‘Kantara Chapter 1’ — One Year. The biggest challenge was to bring this prequel to an audience that had already showered Kantara with immense love. To give a prelude, go deeper into its roots, and tell a story that carries the soul of the land was both a responsibility and a privilege. It’s been a year since 'Kantara Chapter 1' came to the big screen, and the love, appreciation, and blessings continue to pour in,” Shetty wrote on his official social media accounts.
“Heartfelt thanks to every member of my team who stood by me as my backbone in this endeavour to tell the story of how the culture of the forest came to the land,” the lead star added in Kannada.
