‘Family Full House with Rohit Sharma’: Cricketer Begins Shoot For His TV Debut As A Host
Rohit Sharma’s upcoming TV show “Family Full House with Rohit Sharma” is going to air from September 19. It is a part of the new celebrity content rolled out by the broadcaster featuring names like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, AR Rahman and Sharma. Variety India learns that Rohit Sharma’s show went on floors yesterday at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. The cricketer finished filming for an episode and a half. Everything went on as planned and Sharma was in his element throughout the shoot. “Family Full House with Rohit Sharma” is a show that has games, banter and nostalgia moments that define a normal chaotic Indian family.

The promo of the same was unveiled on August 10 capturing the fun side of the Indian cricketer. It also has the iconic line, “Koi bhi garden mein nahi ghumega” (nobody will stroll in the garden), which is viral with the general public. Sharma follows the likes of Sourav Ganguly and Navjot Singh Sidhu into the world of non-fiction entertainment on Indian TV. The former Indian cricket captain is known for his wit, spontaneity and jovial personality.
His show is going to air from the same date as Anil Kapoor’s “India Ke Top%.” The coming months are flooded with reality TV shows like “Bigg Boss 20,” “India Ke Top 1%” and “Family Full House with Rohit Sharma.” The player is one of the top names from the world of cricket and was a key player in India’s win in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The show will come on Sony TV.
