Everybody’s Feuding, From ‘Summer ’36’, ‘Pritam And Pedro’ To ‘Tavvai and ‘Isakapatnam’: Streaming This Week
Power struggles come to the fore this week with a slew of films and series going at each other – with nightmarish neighbors (“Worst Neighbor Ever”), conservative villagers (“Super Subbu”), a port drowning in crime (“Isakapatnam”) and an unseen evil traumatising a family (“Tavvai”) – and bringing conflict to your screens in varied forms and shapes.
It’s feud central this week on streaming (between June 29 and July 5).

Enola Holmes 3
Even as she prepares to marry Lord Tewkesbury, Enola uses her sharp wit and cunning to rescue her kidnapped sibling, Sherlock (played by Henry Cavill).
WHY WATCH: Millie Bobby Brown returns as Enola Holmes.

Worst Neighbor Ever
The four-part docu-series, takes pretty much the same route as “Worst Roommate Ever” this time with nightmarish neighbors.

Summer ’36
A murder goes down during the summer of 1936 in Nice, France at the Hotel Riviera. Set at a time in French history when the working class got their first paid vacation, setting up a class clash with society’s elite.
WHY WATCH: A strong ensemble cast led by Julie de Bona.

Super Subbu
Over seven episodes of this fresh Telugu series, Subramanyam Chillukuri Rao aka Subbu, must contend with rotten luck, his conservative father and a hostile village he has to teach sex education to.
WHY WATCH: Stars Sundeep Kishan as Subbu, who also happens to be a virgin… teaching sex ed. Go figure!
Premieres July 2.
Human Vapor
Based on the 1960 Japanese movie about a man who turns into vapor and commits crimes. Starts with a murder committed on live television with the murderer announcing he will commit a series of crimes. But what does he want?
WHY WATCH: To see if it lives up to the movie it was inspired by. Helps that VFX is by the Academy Award-winning team at Shirogumi (who won for “Godzilla Minus One”).
Premieres July 2.
