Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Name Their Second Daughter Devi Padukone Singh, Share First Family Portrait
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have revealed the name of their second daughter. The actors took to Instagram on Tuesday, October 20, to share a family portrait with their newborn and their elder daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, introducing the newest member of their family as Devi Padukone Singh.
The photograph captures the family dressed in coordinated ivory and gold traditional outfits, with Deepika cradling the newborn as Dua leans in to kiss her baby sister. Ranveer, seated beside them, is seen smiling at the tender moment. Deepika captioned the post, “Of Love & Abundance...”, accompanying the reveal with their daughter’s name in English and Hindi.
The announcement comes nearly a month after Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on September 19, 2026. The couple had announced her arrival through a social media post featuring the newborn’s footprint, but had kept her name private until now.
