TRP Report: ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’, ‘Vasudha’ Take Top Spots; ‘Anupamaa’ On Fifth Place
The rural daily soap ‘Vasudha’ is getting popular by the day and has climbed up to the number two slot on the TRP list. The series is about a small-town girl who gets employed in an affluent household. Set in North India, the performances from Priyal Thakur and Abhishek Sharma are getting a lot of love. Kiran Bhargava has entered the show as Dadisaa and TRPs have surged since then.

However, the top spot still belongs to “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2,” where there has been no let-up in the drama. Over time, it has been discovered that Noina (Barkha Bisht) does not have a terminal illness as she had claimed. The truth is known to both Suchi (Lucky Mehta) and Noina. This leaves Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) shaken as he had placed a lot of trust in Noina.
Another small-town-based show, “Ganga Maa Ki Betiyaan,” is in third place. It is the story of a single mother who raises three daughters single-handedly in the city of Benaras. Their father is shown as having abandoned them, as he had wanted sons. “Tumm Se Tumm Tak,” “Anupamaa” and “Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain” all have a rating of 1.7, which is quite stable. “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” has a rating of 1.6, which is also consistent with its performance in recent times.
