Tara Sutaria Joins Aditya Roy Kapur in Milap Zaveri’s Intense Musical Love Story
Tara Sutaria has joined Aditya Roy Kapur in filmmaker Milap Zaveri’s upcoming intense musical love story, with the film now moving ahead with its female lead in place. The project, backed by T-Series and produced by Bhushan Kumar, is co-produced by Shiv Chanana and is scheduled to go on floors later this year, with a theatrical release planned for 2027.
The casting announcement follows Variety India’s earlier report that the untitled film was targeting an October-end production start, with the makers still searching for a leading lady. Sutaria’s addition marks a key development for the project as it moves closer to production. The makers have yet to announce an exact release date.
The film reunites Milap Milan Zaveri with the kind of heightened romantic drama that has featured prominently in his work. The filmmaker has described the project as an intense musical love story, with a narrative that combines romance, emotional conflict and violence. Further details about the plot and Sutaria’s character have not been disclosed.
