Naga Chaitanya Announces Release Date of ‘Vrushakarma’ With An Intriguing First Glimpse
Tollywood star Naga Chaitanya, who is fondly called as ‘Yuvasamrat’ by fans, has announced the release date of his next titled “Vrushakarma” with an intriguing first glimpse. The film is set to hit the screens on March 5.
Taking to his social media, the actor shared the poster and wrote, “We open the world of #VRUSHAKARMA with a glimpse on March 5th, 2026 . @karthik_cinema and team have put together something super exciting."

The press note of the film describes the symbolic meaning of the title as it reads, “The film is titled powerfully Vrushakarma, and it means one whose actions are righteous, signifying Naga Chaitanya’s character in the movie."
“Vrushakarma” stars Naga Chaitanya and Meenaakshi Chaudhary in lead roles with Sparsh Shrivastava of ‘Laapataa Ladies’ and ‘Jamtara’ fame playing the lead antagonist.
It is directed by Karthik Dandu, who previously helmed Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon starrer “Virupaksha.” The film is bankrolled by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings.
The music of the film is composed by Ajaneesh B Loknath, who is behind tracks of Rishab Shetty starrer “Kantara.”
On the work front, Naga Chaitanya was last seen in “Thandel,” which also featured Sai Pallavi, Aadukalam Naren, Divya Pillai, Karunakaran, Kalpa Latha and Babloo Prithiveeraj among others in prominent roles. Written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the bankrolled by Bunny Vasu under Geetha Arts. Despite garnering mixed word-of-mouth, it grossed ₹100 crore at the global box-office.
