‘Heated Rivalry’: Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie Fans Need To Wait Till April 2027 For Season 2
The Canadian series “Heated Rivalry” has captured the hearts of viewers all over the world. People cannot get enough of the secret passionate romance between Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie). Series creator Jacob Tierney in an interview has assured fans that season two is in the works, and it will release “as soon as humanly possible.” Executive producer of “Heated Rivalry” Brenden Brady and he had come on “CBS Mornings” and shared an update on how the second season of “Heated Rivalry” is progressing. The shoot will start in August 2026 and it will release in April 2027.

The creator said viewers should be a little patient and enjoy the yearning before the second season comes on air. He said there will be more of “Heated Rivalry” on TV as soon as possible. Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie play ice hockey players from rival teams who cannot see eye-to-eye when they are playing. However, they have an undeniable attraction towards one another, which culminates in a secret but passionate romance.
“Heated Rivalry” is based on the “Game Changers” book series by Rachel Reid. The series is available for streaming for HBO Max in the US and Lionsgate Play in India. In the book, the two have a secret fling as young players, which later develops into something, which is way deeper than what they expected. They try to navigate their feelings as they discover their true selves. Shane and Ilya’s passion for the sport and their love leads to situations, which made viewers feel a rollercoaster of emotions.
