‘HanuMan’ Actor Teja Sajja to Get Married on December 19 (EXCLUSIVE)
While it is common knowledge that “HanuMan” star Teja Sajja is getting engaged in November and married in December, Variety India can reliably reveal the wedding date: December 19. The wedding festivities are expected to last three days.
A source close to the actor reveals, “The festivities begin on December 17 and go on till the 18, while the wedding vows will be exchanged on December 19. The wedding is in Rajasthan.” The couple will get engaged on November 16 in an intimate ceremony.

Providing details on the bride-to-be, a friend of the actor reveals, “The girl and her family have no connection to films. Until a year ago, they were settled in Texas, USA. They relocated to Hyderabad last year. Sajja met the girl purely through an arranged match, in the sense that their parents took the call on the marriage and all the wedding plans and details.”
Says the friend, “Teja liked the girl from their first meeting. He loves the fact that she is distanced from the film industry and that he can come home to her feeling like a normal person instead of a star.”
Telugu actor Teja Sajja, who rose to nationwide prominence with the blockbuster “HanuMan” (2024), followed it up with “Mirai” (2025), a fantasy adventure directed by Karthik Gattamneni. Starring Sajja as Vedha Prajapati, the film further cemented his position in the fantasy-action genre. On television, Sajja is the host of “The Traitors Telugu,” the regional adaptation of the reality show. His upcoming film projects include the sequel to “Hanuman,” titled “Jai Hanuman” and “Zombie Reddy 2 NXT LVL," a sequel to his 2021 horror-action-comedy “Zombie Reddy.”
