CORTIS Returns To The Spotlight With A New Album In April
In the past few weeks, K-Pop observers have been watching all the movements of boy bands like LNGSHOT, CORTIS, BOYNEXTDOOR who have a number of activities lined up for their fans. It seems CORTIS, the five-member boy group has confirmed a return in April and are busy preparing for their new album. The Korean media has got news of this development from many insiders in the music industry. CORTIS has five members Martin (REAL NAME: Martin Edwards), James (REAL NAME: Chao Yufan), Keonho (An Keon-ho), Seonghyeon (Eom Seong-hyeon) and Juhoon (Kim Ju-Hoon).

CORTIS, debuted under Big Hit Music, the same agency as BTS and TXT. They are their first rookie boy group in six years. The band has been described as a group of young creators where everyone is involved in all aspects of production right from composing music to choreography. They debuted in August 2025 with the digital single, “What You Want”. CORTIS also released a banger with “Fashion," which has touched 50 million views on YouTube in five months. CORTIS was awarded the Best Rookie of 2025 at the 40th Golden Disc Awards.
CORTIS released their first extended play “Color Outside The Lines” on September 8, 2026. They have caught the eye of music observers all over the world. CORTIS will also be the first K-Pop group to grace the NBA Crossover Concert in Los Angeles on February 12, 2026. They will share the stage with a number of musicians, which also includes Badshah. Martin Edwards is the leader of CORTIS. He is of Canadian and Korean origin. Martin is already making waves in the fashion circuit with his hip fashion statements whether it is at the airports or promotions. CORTIS is getting a lot of love for their original personalities and style of music, which sounds different from run-of-the-mill K-Pop songs.
