Bhuvan Bam’s ‘Dhindora 2’ Casts Sanjeeda Shaikh In A Major Role (EXCLUSIVE)
Sanjeeda Shaikh is part of Bhuvan Bam’s “Dhindora 2.” Shaikh plays the character of Kavita Mami in the second season of the series, which has gathered an ensemble cast for its next chapter.
While the details of the character have been kept under wraps, a source informs Variety India, “Shaikh’s character is connected to Titu Mama, who sits at the heart of the second season. Her casting adds a layer to a storyline that Netflix has teased as being driven by Titu Mama and his chaotic attempts to navigate life, family and his world.
For Sanjeeda Shaikh, the series adds another high-profile streaming project to her growing body of work across film and television. She has previously appeared in projects including “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar” and “Taish”.

“Dhindora 2” is the continuation of Bhuvan Bam’s 2021 comedy drama, which originally premiered on his YouTube channel BB Ki Vines. The first season followed the journey of Bhuvan and his middle-class family after an unexpected lottery win turns their lives upside down, with Bam playing multiple characters across the series.
The second season marks the show’s move from YouTube to Netflix. The streamer announced “Dhindora 2” as part of its 2026 India slate, describing the new chapter as a return to Bam’s eccentric family, with Titu Mama dragging them into “a world of pride, panic, and poor planning.”
The new season has been mounted on a larger scale, with Bam revealing that there would be more characters and actors this time around. He is also returning to his trademark multi-character format, with the actor set to play nine to 10 characters.
“Dhindora 2” is currently in post production. The series was filmed in Punjab, Delhi and Mumbai as it expands the world established in the first season.
“Dhindora 2” is directed by Sneha Shetty Kohli and produced by Bhuvan Bam and Rohit Raj, with Arvin Bhandari serving as co-producer. Bam is also part of the writing team alongside Abbas Dalal, Hussain Dalal, Chetan Dange, and Gopal Dutt.
