Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan Starrer ‘Udta Teer’ First Poster OUT
Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan starrer “Udta Teer” is releasing on October 9, 2026. The makers have also shared an official poster featuring Khurrana in the leading role.
The poster shows Ayushmann gleefully swinging in a hammock between two pillars named India and Pakistan. The makers shared the poster stating, “Deshbhakti toh yaad hai...par desh nahi… (He remembers his patriotism, but not the country he belongs to) Get ready for unlimited chaos, confusion and action! Catch this #UdtaTeer in cinemas on 9th October - ONE MONTH TO GO!” The movie is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain. The press note says that the movie is “bringing back Ayushmann's much-loved flavour of humour-filled family entertainers, Udta Teer turns the spy world on its head and into a full-on caper."

This isn’t the first time Khurrana and Khan are collaborating on a film. They were seen in “Pati Patni Aur Woh Do” alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Wamiqa Gabbi.

Also, this film will be the fourth project to bring together Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla’s Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment, following their collaborations on “The Lunchbox” (2013), “Kill” (2023) and “Gyaarah Gyaarah” (2024). Sachin-Jigar has composed the music for the movie, while the lyrics have been written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The film is directed by Aakash Kaushik, who also serves as its writer, promising a fresh take on the spy comedy genre with a distinctly desi flavour.
