Allu Arjun Teams Up With ‘Minnal Murali’ Director Basil Joseph For His 25th Film
In what is being described as an A list collab between two South film industries, Malayalam cinema’s prolific actor-director Basil Joseph has been entrusted with the honour of director Telugu star Allu Arjun’s 25 film, "AA25," a multilingual film. “Yes, this information is true,” confirms a source close to the director.
Allu Arjun has a massive fan base across the India country post his blockbuster hit "Pushpa-The Rule," which released in 2004. He is extremely popular in Kerala too and this news has been received with immense excitement amongst South Indian cinema fans who are already looking forward to watching the movie when it releases.

The collaboration celebrates the coming together of South India’s finest talent for a landmark film that will commence shooting early next year. It is being backed by Allu Arjun’s father Allu Aravind’s banner Geetha Arts. However, sources close to the star have adopted a more cautious approach and diplomatically maintain. “There is no confirmation yet.”
However, Basil’s team member firmly insists, “Right now, the paperwork is going on. We are working out the modalities of this film, and it should be formally signed in two weeks' time,” he adds.
As of now Allu Arjun appears to be working on three films, "AA22," "AA23," and "Pushpa 3." But there is no confirmation regarding the release of these films yet.
Basil Joseph is also gearing up for the May 14 release of "Athiradi." This is his first film which he has produced under his own banner, Basil Joseph Entertainment. He is also acting in this movie which co-stars TovinoThomas and Vineeth Sreenivasan. “This is Basil’s 50th film as an actor and his first as a producer,” adds our source.
With both Basil and Allu Arjun i working on their 25th and 50th films, this certainly looks like a blockbuster year ahead for both!
