Ahead of the much-awaited release of Namit Malhotra's "Ramayana" starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash in lead roles, the team is expected to begin the upcoming film's promotions in the United States of America. This will be the first promotional activity for the film ever since the poster and first teaser came out.

It's believed that Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Rama in the film, director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra (of DNEG) will hold a media interaction event in a few days. The event, scheduled sometime March-end, will showcase assets from the mega-budget film.
With the film reportedly being made at a stratospheric budget, a stacked star-cast, Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman coming together to score the two-part saga, anticipation around the film in the US and globally is sky-high.
While it is not known at this point, where the event will be held, expect more details to emerge ahead of the event, which will be the first of many such promotional activities planned in the US. Meanwhile, the India promotional campaign calendar is yet to be unveiled.
