Aamir Khan Confirms Marriage To Gauri Spratt: ‘Yes, The Wedding Is On July 5’
By Subhash K Jha,
Aamir Khan exclusively confirms to Variety India that he and his partner, Gauri Spratt, will marry on July 5, 2026. The actor says, “I’m currently traveling in the US. The news about the marriage is true. It’s on July 5.”
In an interaction some months ago, Aamir had said that marriage was not a looming issue in this relationship, as the two were happy living together in a new residence they had acquired. “Yes, that is true. But now we both feel we are ready to take our relationship to the next level,” he shares. Aamir adds that this is a very happy phase in his life. “I am at peace. Gauri and I are serious about each other and we are in a very committed space. We are partners, we are together. In my heart, I’m already married to her. So, to formalize our togetherness just seems like a natural progression of our partnership.”

Gauri Spratt, who has roots in Bengaluru and works in the wellness and beauty space, was introduced to the media by Aamir in March this year during his 60th birthday celebrations. The actor revealed that the two had known each other for years before reconnecting and gradually developing a deeper relationship. Their bond grew away from the public eye. They have since been spotted together at various events, including the premiere of “Sitaare Zameen Par.”
The actor was earlier married to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira, and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao, with whom he has one son, Azad. Amazingly, he can boast of still being friends with his ex-wives.
