‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ Box-Office: Pawan Kalyan-starrer Witnesses A Huge Drop on Day 2; Struggles To Cross ₹35 Crore Mark
By Sakshi Navare
After taking an opening of ₹25 crore on its first day, Pawan Kalyan-starrer “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” witnessed a huge drop yesterday (March 20) as it managed to rake in only ₹9 crore. The massy actioner currently stands with a total of ₹34 crore. While the first-day collection was quite respectable, the sharp decline on its 2nd day came as a surprise.
The reason behind this dip can be mixed word-of-mouth, as a section of fans seems disappointed with Pawan Kalyan’s portrayal in “Ustaad Bhagat Singh.” Apart from that, the Harish Shankar directorial is also affected by Ranveer Singh’s “Dhurandhar 2,” which has garnered rave reviews, thus impacting footfalls and collections of the Pawan Kalyan-starrer.
