Salman Khan, Nayanthara Begin Shoot in Mumbai for Vamshi Paidipally’s Movie
Salman Khan and Nayanthara fans will be happy to know that the two superstars have started the shoot today in Goregaon, Mumbai. Variety India had earlier reported that Salman Khan and Nayanthara will kick off the shoot from this date. The film is tentatively titled “SVC63.” It is supposed to be an action-packed entertainer directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The team will hold a pooja, which will be attended by producer Dil Raju as well. This is the first time that Vamshi Paidipally is directing Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan. The superstar is also acting opposite Lady Superstar Nayanthara for the first time.

The first schedule will kick off at the SRPF Ground in Goregaon where a set replicating a dense urban area has been created. Vamshi has planned some high octane action sequences with Salman Khan. The team has planned an extensive three-month schedule across Mumbai and other cities of India. The principal photography will be wrapped up by Aug-September 2026. They are planning a big theatrical release during Eid 2027. Arvind Swamy of “Roja” fame will be seen in an important role along with Anil Kapoor.
In the past, Vamshi Paidipally has made blockbusters like
“Yevadu” (2014), “Oopiri” (2016), “Maharshi” (2019), and “Varisu” (2023). Salman Khan and Apoorva Lakhia’s war movie, “Maatrubhumi,” formerly titled “Battle of Galwan” was supposed to release on April 17. However, seeing the current sensitive scenario, it has been postponed indefinitely.
