‘Ranabaali’: Vijay Deverakonda And Rashmika Mandanna Reunite On Screen After Wedding Buzz In A Regal New Look

By Sakshi Navare

Newlyweds Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have taken over the internet over the past few days, with fans obsessing over their wedding pictures. Now, there is another reason for celebration. The makers of ‘Ranabaali’ have unveiled the duo’s first look together from the film through a new poster, along with the song ‘Endhayya Sami’ featuring the two.

The team had earlier teased a surprise for fans and delivered it by sharing the poster and song on Mythri Movie Makers’ official X handle. The caption read, “Our RANABAALI and JAYAMMA. Together, forever. Celebrating their love with this special surprise.”

The newly released poster presents Vijay and Rashmika in a regal avatar, both sporting intense gazes that hint at the film’s dramatic tone. In contrast, ‘Endhayya Sami’ is a soothing romantic number that captures Jayamma, played by Rashmika Mandanna, falling in love with Ranabaali, portrayed by Vijay Deverakonda. The song has been composed by the celebrated duo Ajay–Atul, while the film is directed by Rahul Sankrityan.

‘Ranabaali’ tells the story of a fierce rebel leader who rises against British oppression, fighting economic exploitation and widespread violence during a period marked by intense drought and famine.

Earlier this week, Rashmika Mandanna had shared their wedding pictures on social media, introducing Vijay Deverakonda as her husband in an emotional note. “Hi my loves, Introducing to you now ‘My Husband’! Mr. Vijay Deverakonda!! The man who taught me what true love feels like, the man who showed me what being in peace feels like!”

She added, "The man who told me everyday that dreaming big was absolutely ok and constantly telling me I was capable of achieving something much more than what I could possibly think I ever could! The man who’s never stopped me from dancing like no one’s watching… The man who showed me travelling with friends is the best thing ever, and trust me I could write a book on this man! I’ve become the woman I have always dreamt of being, because you made her who she is today! I’ve truly been blessed!"

‘Ranabaali’ is set to release in theatres on September 11, 2026.
